4th Annual Wine Dinner

Catering: The Wandering Chef will provide a four course meal, each paired with a wine from Casanel Vineyards. Guests will enjoy passed hors d'oeuvres, salad, main entree, and finish with dessert.



Start the evening with a sample of 2015 Norton Sparkling (Red Spark)

Salad of Baby Greens, Arugula and Frisee with Herb and Lemon Fromage Blanc, Roasted Asparagus, Red Onions and Shaved Radishes with Candied Pecans and a Blackberry Vinaigrette

Paired wine: K2 Bordeaux Blend


Main Course

Duo of Cornish Game Hen and Argentinian Red Shrimp: Pan Seared Game Hen Breast and Ragout of Red Wine Braised Leg, Pearl Onions and Root Vegetables. Spring Pea Risotto with Fresh Herbs and Mint, Garlic and Lemon Roasted Argentinian Red Shrimp

Paired wines: Patrica Marie Pino Gris and Cabernet Sauvignon



Dark Chocolate Pot de Cremes with Port Glazed Berries, Fresh Whipped Cream and Shaved Chocolate

Paired wine: Full Nelson Port


Entertainment: Live music will be provided by Stealing Dawn. The evening will also feature a silent auction, and raffle. List of Silent Auction items and raffle baskets include coming soon.

Specials: Bottles of wine will be available for guests to purchase at the close of the event at special rates.
