Please join us at our 7th annual Wine Dinner fundraising event. Enjoy a dinner buffet, entertainment, silent auction and raffle.
Dressing in western costume is optional but would make the event extra fun. Wear your cowboy hats, blue jeans, big belt buckles, and cowboy boots!
Time: 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Location: Casanel Vineyards & Winery: 17956 Canby Rd, Leesburg, VA 20175
Fundraising Supports: Money raised from this event supports two initiatives of the club: Scholarships and Cops & Kids.
Sponsors and guests may pay via check. Checks can be made out to the Dulles Foundation Club and delivered to our weekly club meeting (Fridays @ 7:30 am - 8:30 am at the Hilton Washington Dulles Airport: 13869 Park Center Rd, Herndon, VA 20171) or mailed to P.O. Box 554, Herndon, VA 20170. Guest names and email addresses must be included with the check payment, to reserve your seats. Deadline for check payments is April 13th.
Tickets:
- Dinner Tickets: $125 per person. Ticket includes 3-course meal, wine pairings with each course, live entertainment, and silent auction.
- Raffle Tickets: $10 per ticket. A chance to win a Casanel Wine Basket valued at over $275. The basket includes each of the wines to be served at the dinner.
Table Sponsorships:
- Table Sponsor: $2,000. Reserved seating for 8 guests in a prominent location, 4 bottles of wine to go, and acknowledgement from the master of ceremonies.
- Benefactor Sponsor: $1,000. Seating for 4 guests, 2 bottles of wine to go, and acknowledgement from the master of ceremonies.
- Wine Tasting Sponsor: $500. Seating for 2 guests, 1 bottle of wine to go, and acknowledgement from the master of ceremonies.
If you cannot make the event, please consider supporting the event with one of our other sponsorships:
- Diamond Sponsor: $2,000. Diamond Sponsorship is our highest level of charitable support. We will recognize you at the wine dinner for your contribution and keep you informed regarding how your donation has helped our community.
- Platinum Sponsor: $1,000. We will recognize you at the wine dinner for your contribution, provide you with a recognition letter, and keep you informed regarding how your donation has helped our community.
- Gold Sponsor: $500. We will recognize you at the wine dinner for your contribution, provide you with a recognition letter, and keep you informed regarding how your donation has helped our community.
- Silver Sponsor: $200. We will recognize you at the wine dinner for your contribution, provide you with a recognition letter, and keep you informed regarding how your donation has helped our community.
